4. Describe a problem or suggestion

If you eventually catch yourself creating the same report in Excel again and again, we may be able to save you that work by building it into Hotspot Observer. Email a sample .xlsx workbook to [email protected]. We will evaluate it and investigate how to add that report to the app itself. If your contribution inspires a built-in report, we can mention your name beside it in the app. Include your real name in the email if you would like that credit; otherwise, we will leave your name out.
Remove private network names, device identifiers and any personal information you do not intend to share from reports or attachments. Your selections above are included in the prepared email. Keep this page open until you have copied or sent your report.
